Welcome Back Lovelies!
Today is our first restaurant feature at one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas, Echo & Rig. Opening in 2013 this place has captured so many Las Vegas locals’ hearts. I dined here for the first time last year in April and have dined here about 8 times or so since then, you could say I’m a little obsessed.
This fantastic restaurant also has a fine butcher shop. The farmers and ranchers are selectively picked. Their meat is grass fed with no GMOS or added hormones. That alone sells me on this place but, there is so much more to it with the taste, atmosphere, and the service. Oh, the service! It is exceptional; I have never felt more welcomed and satisfied in a restaurant like I have at Echo & Rig. The hostesses are all very lovely and nice and make you feel welcomed the moment you walk inside. The seating is upstairs and once you get up there (via staircase or elevator) you are welcomed by this gorgeous chandelier hanging over the stair way. The seating is surrounded by the open kitchen and glass windows overlooking the patio, with optional seating outside. Once you are seated, the server assistant will offer you still or sparkling water of your choice, no fee for either. They have a fantastic wine list as well as a no corking fee just to be absolute sure that you are satisfied. That’s right you can bring in your favorite bottle to help celebrate your meal!
I decided on brunch here to celebrate the launch of my lovely bites blog. I honestly couldn’t have made a better choice! I invited all my close friends and family that have supported me and encouraged me through the making of this blog. We celebrated on Sunday July 31st, which by the way they have bottomless mimosas for $16 on Sundays. We chose to bring some prosecco that was served with complementary orange juice. I ordered food for the table and we did family style so everyone could try a little bit of everything. One of my favorite dishes is their ½ inch bacon, it is smoked for 8 hours prior to serving and is served with a barbeque sauce they make in house. It is to die for! If you love bacon you will love this and if you don’t, you just might start after trying their ½ inch bacon. Brunch was a great time and we ended it with every dessert on the menu, that’s always my favorite part of any meal. Their desserts are all in sundae form with toppings like cookies, cake, syrups and much more. It’s the perfect way to end any meal! Everything was fantastic as always.
I would like to thank Jason and Beth for helping me set everything up and making sure my guests and I were having a great time. The managers here are the glue to the restaurant, they are table touching constantly and always making sure you are having a great time, you will feel like a VIP every time you dine with Echo & Rig. I hope if you are a local you’ll check this place out and if you are visiting Vegas this place is definitely one to try out before heading straight to the strip. I will show you all the dishes we shared and some of the fun we had during the brunch. You can make a reservation now at 702-489-3525 enjoy lovelies!
Thank you again to Echo & Rig, stay lovely!
