Hello Lovelies,

Today we are going inside the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The Mirage has so much to offer with The Secret Garden shows and delish restaurants. One of my favorite strip restaurants is a beautiful American steakhouse called Stack. Stack has beautiful architecture of wood ripples leading to the ceiling. The atmosphere is very open with a romantic feel, with dim lighting and shades of red. Stack is open for dinner only and offers a lounge area with a full bar and exquisite cocktails (the cucumber martini is so delish!) while a top 40 playlist is playing my favorite song right now on the radio - Fire by Pink. It is a great spot to grab a drink while waiting for your table or to have some appies and drinks before your night out, or before you go see LOVE a Beatles inspired show by Cirque du Soleil’s located inside the Mirage.

 

 

The menu is constantly changing daily at Stack, but the quality will always be top notch. I had the privilege of having Sous Chef, Brian Manoto, do all the ordering for me and send me out his best dishes for the evening. My absolute favorite was the Alaskan King crab tacos and Chilean Seabass with a Maine lobster risotto. They both made my eyes roll back - and talking about it is making my mouth drool …damn it is that good. From the moment you walk in to the atmosphere, service, and the best food what more can you ask for? Stack is a must for your next Vegas trip and for you locals it’s a must visit for your next night out.
