Smoother morning smoothies!

June 9, 2017 Shaunte Sahagun

Hello Lovelies!

Today I am sharing with you some of my favorite smoothies to make at home. I love how quick and easy smoothies are and how they fill me up enough to replace a meal. I like to add or change ingredients depending on what I am doing after I have my smoothie for example a pre work out smoothie or a after workout smoothie would have different ingredients in them. Today I am sharing two fruit smoothies to have for breakfast or a snack and then a protein smoothie that can be a pre workout or breakfast smoothie. I recently went hiking this past week with some friends and we enjoyed the smoothies for breakfast! They were the perfect drink to have before a long hike.

I used frozen fruit as well for my smoothies so it made them nice and cold and ready to enjoy. My favorite ingredient for smoothies is coconut milk, it just makes the texture so perfect and without adding a huge amount of calories.  I have a “Nutri Magic bullet” it makes one smoothie at a time and can break up anything instantly.  Any blender will work for these smoothies no big ingredients are needed.  If you are looking to switch up breakfast or have a healthy snack these should be your next go to foodie. I will share with you my more protein packed smoothies another time I am still experimenting! So far I have at least one smoothie a day so I think I’ll be a master smoothie maker by the end of the month! I hope you lovelies enjoy your weekend and I’ll see you back on Monday!
