I hope you liked Monday’s post because this is a follow up of my must eat food trucks for Life Is Beautiful. We talked about 50 shades of green Monday - if you haven’t read it’s a must, one of my favorite food trucks ever! Today I am sharing with you two more favorites, Dragon Grill & Oming’s Kitchen. Dragon Grill is unlike anything I have ever tasted specializing in Modern Asian Fusion The combinations are so incredible, like their best seller fan favorite Dragon fries. These fries are unlike anything you will ever have, I promise, with shredded short rib and a Korean bbq sauce, nori furikake Korean sauce and topped with cilantro. The flavors are so unique with the sweetness of the bbq but tanginess of the Korean sauce and cilantro. This is one item you don’t want to miss at Life Is Beautiful. Dragon Grill has been around since 2012 and is a business run between two brothers. Operating two trucks - one in Las Vegas and one in Los Angeles, California - the first truck started in 2013 and both trucks are custom built to be the most efficient. The brothers ran restaurants in Las Vegas for 10 years before starting their food truck business. You can find Dragon Grill at most festivals throughout Vegas such as EDC, Route 91, Nascar and Iheart Radio. Besides festivals, you can find Dragon Grill Monday through Thursday at UNLV from 10 AM to 3 PM. You can find them this weekend at Life Is Beautiful serving up their full menu so that no fan favorites are missed. The other food truck that will be at Life Is Beautiful and is a must eat is Oming’s Kitchen. This truck specializes in authentic Filipino food. Salome runs and operates Oming’s Kitchen and is very proud to say her food tastes like it came from her home in the Philippines. She first started the truck in 2014 and has been very successful ever since, with hopes of expanding in the future. The options are a chicken or pork belly white rice bowl, you can make it a combo and get lumpia with it - they are spring rolls deep fried with a yummy tangy chili sauce. When Oming’s Kitchen isn’t working conventions and events, you can find the truck at UNLV Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 3PM. There are still tickets available online for 1 and 3 day passes to Life Is Beautiful. It’s the best festival all year in Las Vegas and with this good of food it’s something you don’t want to miss.
